Episode 8: Elicia Crook

On this episode Elicia Crook tells us of her experience of her many achievements in business, but also reveals her hard times and how she faced those challenges. Her story is inspiring and will also motivate you that anything is possible, no matter how hard you fall.

After having major back surgery at 15 years of age – Elicia Crook went on to become a Remedial Massage Therapist and work with people with Complicated cases.

Elicia is now a business coach, trainer and mentor to hundreds of massage therapists at Massage Champions.

Her business started from working on family and friends in her lounge room – then having nine staff and doing 100+ treatments per week across the team.

After 16 years in the treatment room – leading a team of 21 people – she decided she wanted more growth. So Elicia stepped into Business Coaching and has now worked with over a thousand people globally in 4 years. Using the power of goal setting in her life, and then teaching them about it also.

She remembers what it was like at the beginning to get up every day and treat only a handful of clients with gaps in between – and that sinking feeling when she looked into next week’s bookings, seeing that it was going to be lean.

Through this experience (and by making many mistakes along the way) Elicia discovered what works and who she needed to be, in order to run a successful massage business.

Now Elicia, along with husband James Crook, gives a blueprint to their clients to build more success and passion, and to drive the massage industry forward.

Elicia inspires people to become the hero of their own story.
